Good Pets Social Club offers this website, including its information, features, products, and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting goodpetssocialclub.store, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the website and your purchase or use of our products.

2. Online Store

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and deliver other store functions. Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your purchase is made from Good Pets Social Club. Shopify and our production, payment, and shipping providers are not the seller responsible for your transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Products and Made-to-Order Production

Good Pets Social Club sells made-to-order merchandise for pets and their people. Products are generally produced only after an order has been placed.

Because products are individually produced:

• Small variations in color, print placement, dimensions, materials, texture, or finish may occur.

• Colors shown on a screen might not exactly match the finished product.

• Product mockups are illustrative representations and might not display every minor production detail.

• Items purchased together may be produced by different facilities and delivered separately.

• Production and delivery estimates may vary by product, facility, destination, inventory availability, and carrier conditions.

Minor differences that fall within the product’s disclosed measurements or normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to change product designs, descriptions, materials, specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Changes will not materially alter an order already accepted without an appropriate resolution being offered.

4. Product Information and Sizing

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, photographs, mockups, and care instructions.

You are responsible for reviewing this information before ordering. Apparel sizing can differ between manufacturers and products. Pet products should be selected using the measurements on the product page rather than breed or weight alone.

Unless required by applicable law, selecting an incorrect size, color, product, personalization, or quantity does not make an item defective and does not qualify it for a return, exchange, or refund.

5. Pet Product Safety

Products sold for pets are lifestyle products unless a product page expressly states otherwise. They are not medical devices, protective equipment, professional restraint devices, or substitutes for veterinary advice.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your pet’s size, behavior, health, and intended use.

Pet products should be used under appropriate supervision. Inspect products regularly and discontinue use if they become damaged, excessively worn, chewed, loose, or unsafe. Remove an item immediately if your pet shows discomfort, restricted movement, breathing difficulty, skin irritation, or attempts to ingest any part of it.

Good Pets Social Club is not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper sizing, misuse, inadequate supervision, modification, ordinary wear, or continued use of a damaged product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

If you have concerns about whether a product is suitable for your pet, consult a qualified veterinarian or animal-care professional.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product or material unavailability

• Pricing or product-description errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity

• Shipping restrictions

• An invalid or incomplete address

• Violation of these Terms

• Production-provider limitations

• Legal or regulatory requirements

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.

7. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correcting obvious errors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, account, and shipping information.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges will be displayed at checkout when they can be calculated. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar destination-country fees unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.

Payment is subject to authorization and fraud review by our payment providers.

8. Personalization

You are responsible for checking the spelling, capitalization, numbers, names, and other information submitted for a personalized product.

We may decline personalization containing unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Personalized products cannot normally be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged after production begins, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact support@goodpetssocialclub.com immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once production begins, we generally cannot change the product, design, size, color, quantity, or destination or provide a refund solely because a requested change could not be completed.

If an order is successfully canceled before production begins, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. A separate tracking number may be provided for each shipment.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.

Risk associated with a shipment will pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for products lost or damaged when applicable law places that responsibility on us.

11. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, manufacturing claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, personal preference, or change of mind.

Qualifying damage, defects, misprints, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with the requested photographs and order information.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Must be used within the stated promotional period

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Cannot normally be combined unless expressly permitted

• May be limited to particular products, customers, or order values

• Cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases

• May be canceled if obtained or used through fraud, manipulation, or technical error

We may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

13. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or other parties.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use an account for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

14. Reviews, Feedback, and Communications

If you submit a review, suggestion, comment, or other non-private content, you represent that:

• You created the content or have permission to provide it

15. Club Member and Pet Submissions

Submitting your pet’s name, department, location, description, or other information through a member-submission form does not guarantee selection or publication.

If a submission is selected, we may contact you to request a photograph and additional permission. We will not treat the initial submission alone as permission to publish a pet photograph when separate authorization is requested.

You represent that information and content you submit are accurate and that you have the necessary authority and permission to provide them.

Any additional license or permission covering selected photographs will be explained when we contact you.

16. Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including the Good Pets Social Club name, department names, logos, crests, illustrations, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, slogans, page layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Good Pets Social Club and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell our designs or content

• Use our artwork or branding to create merchandise

• Scrape or systematically collect website content
